What you need to know about the future of the internet
The internet is a growing and evolving part of our lives. Most of us believe we know enough to use the internet effectively. But, if we step away from it for even a short time, we find things change rapidly.
Today, we use the internet for everything from medical care to shopping. Even buying a lottery ticket has turned into an internet experience. We can play lotteries internationally, and check out lottery results here. It makes it easier to look for vendors.
In the next few years, we can expect significant changes in the way the internet works and the way it affects our lives. The internet is about to become a much more personal experience with lifelike interaction. The changes are noteworthy and will change our lives.
What to expect
The first thing you will probably notice is the one-on-one methods of communication. We have adjusted to Skype, Facetime, and web meetings. In the next phase, you will find face-to-face talking with people is the norm. The interaction will be a highly advanced version of the programs mentioned above. The goal is to make every virtual experience as close to live interaction as possible.
One place this will become most evident is in the area of e-commerce. The one thing that is lacking in e-commerce is having live personal attention. The new internet will bring back that level of service without you needing to leave your home. Having a customer service employee actually assist you in person with your internet buys will give us back the feeling of care we miss. Further, it will create more virtual jobs and allow careers to develop in new directions.

Metaverse
In October 2021, the world’s largest social media site, Facebook, rebranded its parent company to “Meta.” This is the beginning of the expected and developing Metaverse plan. Kate Mitselmaker Laurence, CEO, General Partner, describes Metaverse as; “[Metaverse is] a distributed ecosystem of interconnected people, objects, and assets, each represented in the digital form with a unique self-sovereign ID — natively interoperable with one another.”
Metaverse is categorized as WEB3. When you log in to the internet under this plan, you are greeted by an agent to assist you with purchases that interest you. The agent will assist you from the beginning to the end of your transaction just as they would if you were standing in front of them.
Finance
In the future, Artificial Intelligence will significantly impact how money is distributed and handled. The ultimate goal is to have someday a marketplace where everyone can share in the value they create. In conjunction with digital labor marketplaces, a decentralized money system will merge financial services into their products and services. In this manner, “credit” will become automatic for people who may not have access to traditional credit today. Computers will access the finances you require and even suggest when and how to replenish your funds.
Built-in properties to mediate disputes and guarantee settlements in transactions will lower costs. WEB3 technology embeds “implied” contracts between vendors and clients, and payment via these methods will be standardized.

Health
This is just one example of the technology expected to come on the scene in as few as five years. The goal is a world where the health and well-being of humans are the foremost and most essential goals of everything done via the internet. The flow to the physical world is a major part of the overall plan. Food, drinks, and other consumable products will be manufactured in ways that will make them healthier without changing the look, feel, or taste of the meals. Homes and offices will be constructed in a way that protects our planet and provides a safer environment for people to inhabit them. With the goal of everyone getting better value and sharing in the profits of the things they use, our current financial system will become obsolete.
Conclusion
It is mind-blowing to think of the Metaverse, WEB3, which is being produced as we speak. It is difficult to conceive that technology exists that can make these things a reality. It seems as if we are talking about a planet in the future. But the technology is in place, and these concepts are rapidly becoming a reality. It is yet to be seen whether it will all happen the way it is planned. But, if the result is close to the master plan, now is the time to start learning. Now is the time to educate ourselves about the coming internet. Every person will feel the effects. We live in a global society, and no one is immune. So, start researching today so you will know what to expect very soon. Don’t get left behind. Start reading today.
