Want to make your holiday feasts less greasy? You should get one of these.

If you’re planning on showing up to a holiday dinner party with a platter of oily crescent dogs or a tray of bacon-wrapped water chestnuts that are stewing in their own grease, well, you might as well have brought one of Grandma’s famous Jell-O “salads” — nobody’s going to eat that shit.
Enter: an air fryer. This relatively new breed of appliance cooks food by surrounding it with hot air, a process that leaves said food crispy and crunchy without turning it into a grease bomb.
