The Coway Mighty Air Purifier is on sale for $91 off at Walmart
When that spring weather hits over 60 degrees, you know we’re all cranking those windows open to air out the house after being quarantined all winter.
But for those lucky people with allergies, making it less stuffy in our home leads to a stuffy nose (among other side effects). Because that’s fair, right?
Don’t let dust and pollen prevent you from enjoying the fresh air this summer. Coway makes possibly the best air purifier around, but anyone who’s done their research also knows that this quality don’t come cheap. Except for today, apparently: Though they’re usually a whopping $252.99, you can save $91 (!!!) and get the Coway Mighty Air Purifier for just $161.99. Walmart’s deal saves you an extra $65.70 compared to shopping on Coway.com — the same model is only on sale for $227.69.
The simple design may not match the title “Mighty,” but this square box is a true powerhouse. It cleans your air quicker than most, using a four-stage filtration system with a 99.7% HEPA efficiency rating and a bipolar ionizer to reduce airborne odors and pollutants. The air quality monitor scans air in rooms up to 361 square feet, turns on when it’s needed, and turns back off when it hasn’t sensed pollutants in 30 minutes. (Or you can just run it manually on high, medium, low, or “eco.”)
My colleague Lindsay has this model, and got really excited when she saw it was on sale:
“I got this exact same model last month for my terrible allergies, and I can’t believe I lived without it for so long. I run it while I sleep and now I wake up every morning allergy-free. I know it’s working because as soon as I go outside, the allergies start up again! Also, I forgot to run it one night and woke up with awful allergies the way I used to. I’ve already gotten several of my friends to buy it and they love it, too! It’s a total life-changer.”
If that’s not a golden recommendation, I don’t know what is.
Another game-changing feature is the air quality light indicator — which you probably never knew you needed until you see how bad your pre-purifier air was. This is a rarity that you don’t usually find in commercial air purifiers except for those $500 Dyson fans.
Regularly $252.99 (and $227.69 on Coway’s site), you can save $91 and get the white model for $161.99 plus free shipping.
