Sony OLED 4K TV on sale for $500 off (and $800 cheaper than Amazon)
Editor’s note: Mashable and PCMag are both owned by Ziff Davis.
Sony consistently makes some of the best 4K TVs on the market. Amazing picture quality and a sleek design are the standard with their line of products, but this particular model is worth a special mention — and you can get it with the help of a nice price cut.
The Sony Bravia A8F 4K TV is this weekend when you use the code PCMAG15. The 55-inch and 65-inch options are normally priced at $2,299.99 and $2,999.99, respectively, but you can now pick up a and a . These savings make the investment a no-brainer, considering Amazon’s prices on these same models are way higher. (Like more than $800 higher in the case of the 65-inch model.)
The has brilliant picture quality with great color calibration straight out of the box. Its elegant edge-to-edge glass design is a minimalist’s dream — it really brings the room together. The TV’s built-in audio is high-quality and uses what Sony calls their Acoustic Surface, meaning the TV panel itself emits audio and is always front-facing. (Most other TVs place their speakers at the bottom of the unit and bounce the sound to you.) It looks great, sounds great, and makes for a worthy addition to your living space.
Here are the two models that are on sale:
Snag this gorgeous, 55-inch OLED TV for way less than its Amazon price when you use the coupon code PCMAG15, which will be live through the weekend.
If you’re looking for a slightly bigger screen, then this 65-inch model of the same device is an absolute steal. Normally priced at $2,999.99 you can get it for just $2,125 when you use the code PCMAG15. That’s more than $800 cheaper than Amazon’s price too.
