Snag the Logi Circle wireless security camera for 62% off on Amazon
TL;DR: This Mashable’s Choice Award-winning wireless security camera is currently on sale for just $75.29 on Amazon.
It’s not every day you find a Mashable’s Choice Award winner on sale for more than 60% off its retail price. And yet here we are.
Rated highly by Ray Wong for its wireless functionality, thoughtful design, and entertaining time lapse feature, Logitech’s original Logi Circle security camera is now available on Amazon for a mere $75.29. (For those of you keeping up at home, that’s a $125 price slash on its $199.99 MSRP. Yooo.)
Better suited for lifelogging than surveillance, the Logi Circle keeps you up to date on all the goings-on within your home with 1080p HD video streamed to its companion app on your smartphone or tablet. Since it’s got two-way talk capabilities, you’ll be able to communicate with whoever’s on the other end, even if you’re far away. And if any sort of motion is detected, the Circle will instantly send a Smart Alert to your phone. (All clips will be saved for 24 hours on a secure, private cloud; upgraded storage subscriptions are available for purchase.)
We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the Circle’s “Day Brief” time lapse tool, one of Wong’s personal favorite features on the device. Just hit a button and the Circle will compile a 30-second recap of an entire day’s worth of video clips into a mere 7 seconds.
Wong writes in his review:
“Seeing an entire day’s worth of activities in a 30-second timelapse is both satisfying and weird. Have you ever looked at yourself from a third-person perspective, and from different angles? It’s really strange, but never gets old, especially since everything is sped up super fast.”
Get Logitech’s Logi Circle security camera via Amazon for just $75.29.
