Gather ’round, Team Playstation: We’ve got some good news and some bad news regarding your holiday wish list. 

Let’s start with the former: There are still a lot of deals on PS4 consoles, games, headsets, controllers, and bundles up for grabs at Walmart and Amazon ahead of Christmas and Hanukkah — so if you’ve put off all your shopping ’til now (bold!), you’re in the clear. For now.

The bad news is that your window for ordering said items is swiftly closing, and if you don’t place your order within the next couple of days, your items will either arrive after the holidays or go out of stock. (The same thing goes for all of you over on Team Xbox, too.) Not trying to be alarmist, here — we just want to make sure your coming days are merry and bright and all that jazz. Capiche?

If you want a good deal on just a Playstation console (without any bonus games or accessories), your options are pretty slim at the moment: The PS4 Slim is 14% off on Amazon, but it won’t arrive ’til after Christmas and Hanukkah.

Buying a bundle is a much better bet (say that five times fast) both in terms of expected delivery dates and overall savings: Amazon is offering $50 off a PS4 Pro Call of Duty: Modern Warfare bundle right now, and Walmart has dropped the price of a three-game “Only On Playstation” bundle for the PS4 by about $51; if you place your order today, you can get both delivered to your doorstep before the holidays.

Playstation accessories and add-ons

Playstation controllers and headsets are on sale across both retailers, but the deal we’re most excited about involves the Logitech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel, a controller attachment featuring dual-motor force feedback that comes with a set of floor pedals: It normally retails for $400, but you can get it on Amazon right now for half off *and* it’ll ship in time for your gift exchange.

There’s no shortage of deals on Playstation games at either retailer (even on new and upcoming titles). Some highlights: You can save $10 on Doom Eternal by preordering it today at Walmart; save $25 on Death Stranding when you order it from Amazon; and take $20 off Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order by buying it at the big box store.
