Save $300 on the Razer Blade Stealth with this early Prime Day deal
SAVE $300: The Razer Blade Stealth 13.3 gaming laptop is on sale for $1,499 at Best Buy and Amazon as of Oct. 8.
Heading into fall and winter, gamers are likely deciding between two big purchases: Grabbing the new Xbox or PlayStation or putting their money into a decked-out PC setup.
Our take? Anyone who’s working from home and has complained about their shitty laptop should opt for the PC upgrade. Buying a premium gaming laptop that can double as a speedy laptop for work is the cost-effective way to go about upping your quality of life in two places — and will save you the trouble of building a PC from scratch.
The Razer Blade Stealth has long been revered as one of the MacBook Pro’s biggest competitors. The seamless transition between designing slideshow presentations in full HD to getting lost in Doom Eternal as a form of catharsis is just something that Apple can’t pin down.
The most affordable configuration of Razer’s famous Stealth laptop is now an even cheaper way in: You can cop the 13.3-inch Razer Blade Stealth with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q and 120Hz refresh for $1,499 at Amazon and Best Buy — a savings of $300. This is the lowest this model has ever been on Amazon and has only dropped from $1,799 two other times in the past.
Razer’s laptops are consistently and unanimously voted one of the best gaming laptops one can buy. The smaller Stealth is just a more convenient repackaging of the 15-inch and 17-inch Razer Blade Pro, making it a more ideal business or school companion that can easily be transported in a backpack.
Still, an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics kick ass compared to any other business-ready laptop you could get and compared to the older 13.3-inch Stealth, which was armed with measly Intel UHD 620 graphics. Opting out of the 4K touchscreen addition saves you an extra $500, and the blistering fast 120Hz display definitely isn’t anything to complain about.
