Save $30 on these very stylish Urbanears Bluetooth headphones on Amazon
If you live in a big city, then you’ve probably seen people on the subway or walking down a crowded sidewalk wearing hipster-friendly and very colorful retro headphones from Urbanears, a company based in Sweden known for premium sound quality and style. The audio company released the Plattan 2 Bluetooth, a wireless version of their most popular headphones, and they’re now on sale for $30 off.
Usually retailing for $100, the Urbanears Plattan 2 Bluetooth headphones offer more than 30 hours of wireless playback on just one charge. Even if these headphones run out of juice, you can still use their included 3.5mm audio cable jack to plug directly into your iPhone or Android smartphone. The on-ear headphones deliver a crisp and clear audio experience with about 32 feet (10 meters) of wireless range before they start losing their connection.
One of the headphone’s ear cups has a very clever knob on its side to easily control your device’s volume and skip tracks without pulling your smartphone out of your pocket. You can also answer phone calls with the control knob, as well as talk with the headphone’s built-in microphone, which also interacts with Siri or the Google Assistant.
Meanwhile, the Plattan 2 Bluetooth headphones are also collapsible, so you can carry them around in a backpack or purse without them taking up too much space. Even when they’re tucked away, these headphones are still very stylish and hip.
Need a second opinion? Amazon customer J. D. Hammer writes:
“These are fantastic for travel, and work, and at home. Wired earpods were always falling down or getting tangled. With these, if you need to talk to someone, just pull them down around your neck. In an airplane, it’s great not to have wires tangling you up in your seatbelt. Picking up calls is so easy and I’ve had no complaints about sound. They look really stylish and are quite comfy.”
