Released last spring, the Galaxy Buds were Samsung’s answer to the original AirPods. Mashable tech writer Karissa Bell noted at the time that while they couldn’t quite replicate “the near-perfect simplicity” of the Apple’s offering, their six-hour battery life, easy wireless charging, and customizable touchpad controls made them an excellent alternative. What’s more, the Buds fit slightly deeper in your ears than most wireless earbuds, which gives them a noticeable noise cancellation effect — something you can’t say about those early AirPods.
Want a second opinion? Here’s what Best Buy customer JeffroV had to say about their Galaxy Buds:
“These earbuds pack a real wallup [sic] for being so tiny in size! Extremely compact and fit in your ear with zero movement. You seriously hardly even know they’re in your ears. Lots of features, effortlessly connect to your phone, and the sound quality is crystal clear with more than enough of that bass punch we all love. … I highly highly reccomend these.”
