Samsung 4K TVs, iPhone with Sprint activation, and more
The bad news: Black Friday is still a week away.
The good news: Best Buy isn’t waiting for Black Friday to kick off their sales.
Live now through midnight on Saturday, Nov. 17, Best Buy is running its “Beat the Rush” sales ahead of Black Friday for anyone looking to avoid the in-person lines or the internet stampede. And Best Buy didn’t skimp out on the selection, with everything from TVs to smartphones and just about everything in between on sale this weekend.

If you want to get a taste of what’s available, we’ve found a couple of stand-out deals to jump on while you can. Here are our top pics:
Save $100 on 43-inch and 55-inch Samsung NU6900 4K TVs
If you’re trying to grab a new 4K TV on sale ahead of Black Friday, there’s the 43-inch Samsung NU6900 4K smart TV for $277.99, down $102 from $379.99, or the 55-inch Samsung NU6900 4K Smart TV for $397.99, down $102 from $499.99. Going by brand alone, Samsung is one of the best names in the space. You’ll get some of the best colors of any TV brand on the market for bright, vibrant pictures. The beauty of these TVs in particular is that they strike a nice balance between performance and cost, so you don’t have to settle for a bargain brand. (Want an even cheaper TV?
For anyone trying to upgrade to the new iPhone XS, XS Max, or XR, Sprint is offering $150 off select plans with a new phone activation. According to Best Buy, “Savings are deducted off the full total price of the device and are reflected in reduced monthly payments over the life of the device.” Any opportunity to save on the iPhone is worth it, in our opinion.
It’s been a big year for Apple, and the new iPhones were definitely a good way to kick it off. The new models don’t waste time with silly face buttons, because who needs those? Instead, Apple leaned into the touchscreen that takes up almost the entire face of the phone. And between the sizes, colors, and storage space, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding the right one for you. (Read our review of the phones here.)
Do you need a new laptop for school or work? The Dell Inspiron 15.6-inch touchscreen laptop is currently $429.99, down $100 from the original price of $529.99. It offers reliable speeds with the 8GB of RAM and AMD Ryzen 5, ideal for the workplace or classroom. With 1TB of storage, you won’t have to worry about losing any of your work, either. The touchscreen is also a nice bonus, making it easy to interact with content on the screen.
Those are just a few of the deals available as part of this pre-Black Friday sale. There are also cameras, desktops, sound bars, and more to check out, just make sure to find what you need before midnight on Nov. 17.
