In case you haven’t noticed, we at Mashable love hunting down bargains on espresso machines — not only because most of us need a daily caffeine fix to function properly, but because such machines are premium appliances that tend to be really expensive. So as soon as we find one that’s been heavily discounted, we take a moment to flag you down so you can reap those savings, too. (To quote the famed philosopher Troy Bolton: We’re all in this together.)
Oh, and by the way: Now happens to be one of those moments.
Amazon is currently having its biggest sale ever on the Nespresso Creatista by Breville, a luxury single-serve espresso machine that’ll turn your kitchen in to a café for a mere $227.99. Its original price is a bit inflated at $499.95 (it’s $349.30 on the Nespresso website), but we’re not about to pass up a $121 discount on a fancy name-brand espresso machine — and you shouldn’t, either.
Featuring a sleek, shiny design with a high-gloss finish, the Creatista is a latte lover’s dream with a built-in steam wand and a pour spout designed specifically for microfoam art. You can take your pick from eight different beverage settings to suit your ever-changing caffeine whims; there are three for black coffee alone (ristretto, espresso, and lungo), four for milk-based recipes (cappuccino, café latte, latte macchiato, and flat white), and one for frothing milk. Its froth quality and milk temperature settings can also be customized in four and five different ways, respectively.
While the Creatista is the one of the most heavily discounted espresso machines on Amazon’s site right now, it’s not the only Nespresso model on sale there: The Vertuo and Vertuo Evoluo hybrid coffee/espresso machines are both marked down to $157.59 (a $92 savings), and they each come with a bonus Aeroccino milk frother.
Suffice it to say: If you want to upgrade your existing coffee setup, do it now.
