Get a full year of Hulu for just $2 a month on Black Friday weekend
TL;DR: New and eligible returning Hulu subscribers can get 12 months of streaming for only $1.99 a month. Just choose the $1.99 limited time offer and you’re on your way!
As if you needed another excuse to go into couch potato mode this winter, Hulu‘s biggest deal of the year has gone live just in time for Black Friday.
Now through Cyber Monday at 11:59 p.m. PST, new and eligible returning subscribers (i.e., anyone who hasn’t subscribed within the past year) can sign up for a 12-month subscription to the popular streaming service for only $1.99 a month.
No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you — you can score access to thousands of shows and films (see: Killing Eve, Love Island, The Fast and the Furious, and Kill Bill: Volumes 1 & 2) and award-winning Hulu originals (hi, Pen15 and The Handmaids Tale) for less than a cup of coffee this weekend.
Granted, this deal isn’t as good as Hulu’s Cyber Monday pricing last year, when it dropped the cost of a one-year plan to a mere 99 cents a month. (We see you, Hulu.) But given the fact that its plans usually cost $5.99 to $11.99 a month — you’ll pay more if you don’t want to see the occasional commercial — this is still a seriously good deal.
Come to think of it, this is the best deal on a streaming service we’ve seen so far this Black Friday: Netflix‘s only active deal is its usual free 30-day trial for new subscribers (boooring), and neither Amazon Prime Video nor Disney+ have made a peep about holiday discounts. Hulu really is that girl.
Head over to Hulu.com at some point over the next couple of days and smash that “sign up now” button:
