Get a 55-inch 4K TV for $250
The phrase “all new everything” gets a whole new meaning during the spring moving season.
But when you’re spending all of that savings coin on necessities like countertop appliances and that gut-wrenching first month’s rent plus a security deposit, a nice new TV for your new living room may sound like a down-the-road thing.
Heads up: You can get a 55-inch 4K TV for under $250. This UHD 2160p from Sceptre usually goes for $399.99, but Walmart has it on sale for just $249.99. (You can even split it up into monthly payments of $25. Ah, 2019.)
This TV’s 3840 x 2160 stretched over eight million pixels lets you watch your shows and films the way they’re supposed to be watched: with everything (including the really dark scenes) seen in lifelike quality. A 60Hz refresh rate may not be up to par for hardcore gaming, but for Game of Thrones and or highly detailed nature documentaries, $249.99 gets you an impressively immersive experience.
Note that it’s not a smart TV, but you can basically turn it into one with its four HDMI ports and a streaming stick. (The Roku Stick + 4K HDR is $10 off today, BTW.) No space for an entertainment system? Grab this wall mount on sale for $11.98 and put that old tool kit to work.
Regularly $399.99, you can save $150 and grab it with free delivery for $249.99.
