Fitbit fitness trackers and smartwatches are on sale at Amazon
Sleep Awareness Week 2020 is March 8 through 14, and it’s a time to prioritize your sleep and improve your overall health and well-being. That can be hard to do on your own — if you’re not already sleeping as well as you want, how are you magically supposed to just start now?
Tracking your sleep won’t fix your sleep problems, but it will give you a place to start. If you know where your sleep is lacking, you might be able to make some adjustments and improvements. Fitbits are a great way to monitor your sleep — they’re not just for fitness tracking.
We found a few Fitbits on sale to help you get started tracking and improving your sleep.
The Fitbit Charge 3 automatically monitors your sleep and provides you with graphical data on how much time you spent in each sleep stage and how much time you were awake. The fitness tracker also counts your steps, monitors your heart rate, shows how many calories you’ve burned, and more. It’s swim proof and shows notifications from your smartphone. This Fitbit typically retails for $149.95, and is currently on sale for $124.
This Fitbit is more of a smartwatch and has more app and notification capabilities. It also automatically monitors your sleep and shows you how long you spent in each stage. The Ionic is normally $249.95, but you can secure it for $194.95 right now. Note that it is not in stock until March 8, though.
Again, this smartwatch fitness tracker monitors your sleep stages and gives you insights on how to get a better night’s sleep. It has all-day activity tracking and app integrations to get some of your favorite smartphone applications on your wrist. With a list price of $169.95, the Fitbit Versa is reduced down to $149.99.
This smartwatch has almost all the same features as the Fitbit Versa except it doesn’t store music or have activity coaching. It still does all the sleep and fitness tracking you need. It’s on sale for $134.98, down from $159.95.
