Elon Musk endorsing Kanye, then reconsidering, is the world’s shortest love story
It only lasted for three days.
When Kanye West announced his candidacy to become President of the United States on July 5, Elon Musk was quick to proclaim his “full support.”
But when a Twitter user pointed out to West’s anti-abortion and anti-vaccination comments, Musk indicated he may be rethinking things.
“We may have more differences of opinion than I anticipated,” he tweeted.
Check out the entire exchange below.
I believe one Twitter user said it best: LMFAO.
In a recent interview with Forbes, West said a bunch of very odd and not very smart things, including saying that a vaccine is “the mark of the beast,” and that “they want to put chips inside of us.”
Musk has made many controversial statements in his career, including making incorrect assertions about the coronavirus pandemic, but we guess West’s comments were too much, even for him.
West, who recently tweeted a photo of him and Musk posing together, hasn’t replied to Musk’s comment yet.
