Diamond-encrusted $129,000 iPhone features nativity scene made of gold
If you thought the new Mac Pro’s $400 wheels were pricey, wait until you see the latest iPhone remake from Russia-based Caviar.
The “Credo Christmas Star” is an iPhone 11 Pro overlaid with 18-karat gold and decorated with a massive 3-carat diamond. It also features a nativity scene.
It’s otherwise a perfectly normal iPhone Pro, so don’t expect any special features beyond the bling and massive inflation of your ego.
The phone is as limited as they come; only a single copy is available for $129,050. If you buy it, you should probably invest in a good safe.
If that’s too expensive for you, there’s also a $9,340, silver variant of the same phone, as well as a $6,370 “glow” version, which is made of “composite stone” and partially covered in gold. The cheaper variants don’t come with the huge diamond, unfortunately.
Caviar has launched numerous ultra-expensive remakes of various Apple gadgets in recent years, including a $70,000 iPhone 11 Pro with a functional watch on the back, several iPhones adorned with Russia president Vladimir Putin’s face, and a pair of gold-encrusted AirPods for $67,000.
