Cuisinart digital leverless toaster on sale for $20 off at Walmart
So many appliances have become automatic — are programmable to have coffee ready for you when you wake up and basically require no work to make a meal. But toasters, for the most part, have stayed relatively manual.
However, the Cuisinart Touch to Toast is lever-less and has an LCD display countdown feature to provide you with a more advanced toasting experience. The toaster is currently on sale for $79.95 at Walmart, a savings of $20.
Analog toasters with dials make it pretty easy to burn toast or produce a bagel that hasn’t quite reached golden brown. Plus, you have to keep an eye on your food because what the hell do the numbers on toasters even mean anyway? With the Cuisinart you get a digital countdown to see exactly when your toast, bagel, or whatever will be ready.
Speaking of toast and bagels, the Touch to Toast has specific features for each carb to give you the desired toasting every time. The bagel button heats one side of the toaster, so the top is crispy while the bottom maintains its chewy texture and the toast feature has different settings depending on the shade you enjoy. Bonus: There’s also a reheat function that allows you to warm up toast and bread without browning or burning it.
One of the more unique features of this four-slice toaster is that there are no levers — you just push a button and can hit cancel at any time. If you’re ready to upgrade your toaster, check out the Cuisinart Touch to Toast on sale for $79.95 at Walmart.
