Apple’s latest tablet is $99 off on Amazon
TL;DR: Snag a 128GB iPad with WiFi for just $329.99 on Amazon. This configuration of Apple’s latest tablet typically retails for $429, so you’ll be saving 23% by buying it on sale.
We were up to our necks in iPad deals between Black Friday and Hanukkah, but if the chaos of the holiday shopping season deterred you from buying one, we totally understand: Between fast-moving online discounts and the prospect of being trampled by your fellow shoppers, it can all be A Lot.
Luckily, February happens to be one of the best months of the entire year to score a new tablet — and Amazon is kicking things off a few days early with a rare-ish bargain on Apple’s latest iPad.
As of this morning, the online retailer has lowered the price of the 128GB model with WiFi to only $329.99. At a savings of about $99, we haven’t seen this bad boy get a discount this high since mid-December.
The snazzy new 7th-gen tablet made waves upon its debut in September at Tim Cook’s big iPhone event as a markedly bigger, markedly faster upgrade to its predecessor. Its glorious Retina display measures 10.2 inches across (compared to the sixth-gen version’s 9.7-inch touchscreen), and it comes equipped with Apple’s A10 Fusion chip, which makes it twice as speedy as the top-selling Windows PC laptop. (Or that’s what Apple claims, at least.)
This tablet also marks two other firsts for the iPad line: It offers support for the Apple Pencil in addition to Smart Keyboard compatibility, and its extremely lightweight unibody enclosure is constructed from 100 percent recycled aluminum. In other words, it’s a portable little multitasking machine.
If you hurry, you can snag this iPad in your choice of two finishes (either silver or space gray) — shop it here and lock in that $329.99 pricing to save 23%.
