Apple iPad and MacBook announcement date
Apple
Apple has sent invites for a launch event this month in New York City.
Apple is expected to launch new iPads and potentially laptops at the Howard Gilman Opera House in Brooklyn, New York.
Last month, Apple revealed the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR, so analysts and rumors have pointed to a launch event focusing on new iPad Pro models and potentially new Mac computers.
We’re expecting:
- Two new versions of the iPad Pro which ditch the home button for Apple’s Face ID and a larger screen.
- A new thin-and-light MacBook that’s more affordable than the current $1299 model.
- Possibly a new Mac Mini desktop that’s oriented towards professional usage.
- Wireless charger AirPower and new wireless charging AirPods headphones.
Business Insider will cover all the announcements as they happen live.
