The Kindle Paperwhite is basically the Goldilocks dream of the Kindle line: it’s not too big or too small, not too heavy or too light, with the screen nailing the perfect amount of clarity and brightness for an e-reader. If you’re not able to get your hands on the invite-only 50-inch Omni TV, this 43-inch TV isn’t a bad option for someone on a budget. This $110 markdown only makes the 4-Series TV even more affordable, but despite saving some dough, you’ll still get 4K resolution and support for Dolby Digital Plus.

Why we like it

The second day of Prime Big Deal Days blessed one of the most powerful Roombas with a new all-time low price. Now officially 50% off, the Roomba s9+ has dropped below $500, easily making it one of the greatest Roomba deals we’ve seen this entire fall sale event season.

The only Roomba series that beats the s9 Series in suction power is the j9 Series, which starts at $889.99 and just came out in Sept. 2023 — which is proving to be far too recent to warrant a Prime Day price drop. And if your main goal in getting a robot vacuum is to keep up with shedding on carpet, we’d recommend the s9+ over the smarter but less powerful j6+ or j7+. The s9+ cleans with 40 times the suction of 600 Series Roombas while the j7+ offers 10 times the suction).

Why we like it

This year’s 15.6-inch Galaxy Book 3 360 is a lightweight 2-in-1 laptop with a pretty AMOLED touchscreen display, a 13th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, and a virtually unrivaled 22-hour battery life. (For an even longer-lasting laptop, you’d have to go with something like the 16-inch, M2 Max-powered MacBook Pro, which starts at $3,499.) The 512GB configuration is actually $25 cheaper with Prime than it is through the sale at Samsung’s website.

The latest smartwatch from Samsung launched only this past August, but in classic Prime Day fashion, it’s getting a markdown. If you’re not into the Pixel Watch 2 Google just announced, Mashable’s Alex Perry wrote in his review of the Galaxy Watch that although Google’s newest watch could prove to be good competition, “fitness and health devotees will get more out of a Galaxy Watch 6 than a [first generation] Pixel Watch.”
