Everything coming to Amazon Prime Video in March 2021
March is almost here, which means Amazon Prime Video’s new releases are also about to arrive.
This month, the Invincible adult animated superhero series and its all-star cast (Steven Yeun, J.K. Simmons, Sandra Oh, Mark Hamill, Seth Rogen, Gillian Jacobs, and more) will be jumping into action alongside Australian Football League docuseries Making Their Mark.
The biggest original movie headed to Prime Video is Eddie Murphy’s Coming to America sequel, Coming 2 America — but you can also catch old favorites like the Back to the Future series and recent releases including action-thriller Honest Thief and romantic drama Words on Bathroom Walls. Don’t forget that Amazon is also adding new films to its free IMDb TV streaming service including Monsters vs. Aliens, Mary Queen of Scots, Arrival, and No Strings Attached.
Check out everything coming to in March 2021 below.
Eddie Murphy is back to reprise his role as Akeem Joffer over 30 years later in Coming 2 America.
Now the newly crowned king of Zamunda, Akeem discovers that he has a son living in Queens (Jermaine Fowler) whom he never knew about. To honor his dying father’s (James Earl Jones) last wish, Akeem and his best friend Semmi (Arsenio Hall) set off to find his son and turn him into crown prince material.
While you might not be able to catch Coming 2 America on the big screen as it was originally intended, the comedy still looks like it’ll be loads of fun. It’s likely to serve up many fresh jokes with a side of nostalgia.
How to watch: Coming 2 America begins streaming March 5 on Amazon Prime Video.
