There are many things in this world that can be considered scary, but advent calendars haven’t traditionally been one of them.
Until now.
Shudder’s The Advent Calendar trailer sees Eva (Eugénie Derouand) receiving a wooden advent calendar from her friend as a gift, only to realise that each little window she opens plagues her with nightmarish visions.
Does the plot sound ridiculous? Yes. Will we be watching? Yes.
The Advent Calendar drops on Shudder Dec. 2.
