Netflix's tense 'The Silent Sea' trailer follows astronauts exploring an abandoned lunar base
All the ingredients are there.
Netflix’s trailer for upcoming Korean sci-fi series The Silent Sea has a life-or-death space mission, a botched landing, an abandoned lunar base, and eerie government secrets aplenty.
Starring Train to Busan‘s Gong Joo, Cloud Atlas‘ Bae Doona, and Ninja Assassin‘s Joon Lee, it may not look like the most original show in the world — but it sure as heck looks fun.
The Silent Sea drops on Netflix Dec. 24.
