Save on LG, get up to $150 in gift cards
Finding a quarantine show isn’t as easy as it sounds.
The immediate thought might be that it’s the perfect time to jump into something like Game of Thrones or Grey’s Anatomy. But those shows get heavy, and keeping up with that many seasons can be daunting. It’s extra anxiety that a lot of us don’t need right now.
Instead, consider a show with fewer seasons that doesn’t require as much of a commitment. Ozark only has three seasons so far, the newest of which just came out on March 27 and is the talk of Twitter.
Here are some of the best short-lived shows that you can probably squeeze in over the next month or two, regardless of if you’re watching religiously throughout the day or not:
-
Ozark on Netflix (three seasons so far)
-
Sense8 on Netflix (two seasons)
-
Santa Clarita Diet on Netflix (three seasons)
-
The Get Down on Netflix (one season)
-
Flight of the Conchords on Hulu (two seasons)
-
The Following on Prime Video (three seasons)
A new 4K TV is vital here, too. Some of the ones on sale this weekend — like this 55-inch LG one from Dell or this 65-inch LG one from Best Buy — have a free gift card tacked onto your purchase. The gift cards range from $50 to $250, so most of them could pay for the new Final Fantasy remake or take a good chunk out of some noise-canceling headphones.
