Our favorite robot mops are on sale
As much as we dislike vacuuming our homes, mopping is 10 times worse. Your floors get sopping wet, and then you often get trapped in a corner when you don’t plan out your route ahead of time.
Like robot vacuums took away the pain of having to sweep, robot mops absolve you from having to weasel your way around a damp floor. If you’re excited about the prospect of a robot mop, get even more excited; we found a handful on sale.
This mop’s precision jet spray and vibrating cleaning head will wipe away any dirt or stains you see on your hard floors. It’s small enough to slide around furniture and get in tight spots like you might have in your bathroom. Depending on the cleaning pad you put on the Braava Jet, it will either wet mop, damp mop, or dry sweep. Think of it as a sort of automatic, hands-free Swiffer. With a list price of $199, the Braava jet 240 is on sale for $166.96.
With mobile app integration, the Braava Jet M6 is a bit more advanced. It learns and maps your home, so you can select which room you want cleaned and the robot automatically cleans within the parameters. It’s both a wet mop and a dry sweep. Normally $499.99, grab it on sale for $399.
Unlike the Jet series, this robot mop dispenses its cleaning agent from the bottom. It uses reusable microfiber cleaning pads, making it a bit more eco-friendly. (Though you can use disposable ones, too.) This robot utilizes a small hub to get precision navigation. Usually the Braava 380t costs $299, but it’s on sale for $225.70 right now.
Why choose between getting a robot vacuum or a robot mop when you could get a machine that promises both? This little machine will be able to clean virtually every floor surface in your home. The ILIFE V5s is listed for $299.99, but you can score it for $159.99. (Apply the coupon on the listing for maximum savings.)
